Know before checkout.

These are the buyer-facing rules and data practices for purchases made through OVATION. The approved refund and cancellation statement is loaded from the same protected release configuration that controls Live checkout.

Refunds & cancellations

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL Ovation tickets are non-refundable. Please confirm your event date, ticket type, quantity, and order information before completing your purchase. We do not provide refunds because of a change of plans, inability to attend, late arrival, or failure to attend the event. If Ovation cancels the event, or if another circumstance occurs for which Ovation determines that a refund, credit, rescheduling option, or other remedy applies, affected ticket holders will receive instructions using the contact information associated with their order. Purchasing a ticket confirms your acceptance of this policy.

Privacy

Information submitted during checkout or support is used to process the order, issue tickets, provide purchaser support, protect the transaction, and maintain required operational records. Stripe processes payment information on its hosted checkout; OVATION does not ask you to enter card details into this website.

Order and support records may include your name, contact information, order identifiers, purchased items, and fulfillment status. To ask about your information, use the support form.

Purchase terms

Prices, quantities, event details, and included benefits shown in the cart and at Stripe Checkout form the purchase record. Each issued admission code can be accepted once at check-in. Buyers must provide accurate contact information so confirmation and support can reach them.

Any sponsorship, media, ownership, licensing, or collaboration rights requiring a separate signed agreement are not granted by an admission or add-on purchase.

Support

For order, access, cancellation, or privacy questions, use the OVATION support form. Include your order number when available; never submit full card details.
